Every May, Wichita hosts the River Festival. It's one whole week of concerts, food, games and fun! We try to make it at least one day out of the week. They usually start off the shindig with a pretty famous band or singer and this year it was the band Kansas. How appropriate! Anyway, I decided to go with my friend Chelsee and my sisters...
